All products sold by Tiremaniacs are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranties usually cover defects in materials and workmanship. Damage from standard use, any type of abuse or neglect is not covered. The manufacturer may choose to either repair or replace a product they feel is covered under the warranty. Some manufacturers require the warranty item to be sent directly to them (or their distributors), others prefer us (Tiremaniacs) to handle it. If You feel You have a defective product you should contact us for assistance.  Shipping and labor are usually not covered by most warranties. If You decide to have us handle Your warranty claim please fill out RMA request form available in Your ‘Order History’ at tiremaniacs.com.  Customers without an on-line account need to contact us via email at info@tiremaniacs.com.


Tiremaniacs will accept returns of any items within 15 days of their purchase, as long as they meet the following criteria:

  • Not installed
  • Not used
  • Brand new condition
  • Original product/price tags are attached
  • Original packaging is intact and included
  • All of the parts and components originally included are present

All returned items must be accompanied by the RMA numbers which can be obtained from customer's ‘Order History’ at tiremaniacs.com.  Customers without an on-line account need to contact us via email at info@tiremaniacs.com.

Full refund will be processed for returned merchandise meeting the above criteria and reaching us within 10 days of obtaining the RMA.

Since often products are not used immediately after they are purchased, we advise our customers to carefully inspect the products after delivery.


  • Tubular tires must be inflated and tested without any sticky glue on the tubular rims before they are permanently glued on.  This will not only allow for easier mounting but also will detect any damage prior to gluing – no tubulars with glue on will be accepted for return.
  • Tubeless tires must be tested on rims with no sealant in them.  Tubeless tires with signs of sealant can be returned ONLY if they qualify for manufacturer's warranty.
  • No tires, tubes, or any other products qualify for return of any kind due to not being close to advertised manufacturer's weight; advertised weights are only approximate and the actual product's weight might differ from -10% to +15%.  If You are seeking for the  lowest possible weight item you should specify this when placing and order and Tiremaniacs will send you the lowest weight item from the available stock.
  • Tiremaniacs is not responsible for any customs, import taxes, duty charges and processing fees incurred with international shipment. If you refuse a package, You might be charged for both outgoing and incoming shipping fees, and You might also be responsible for any refused shipment charges.  If returning from outside of USA please clearly indicate RETURN and attach all original invoices.

We will process Your return and issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt of the returning item at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification when Your refund is processed. Please allow up to one additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on Your billing statement.

In case of a partial return the total might be adjusted due to applied discounts and shipping costs.

Items damaged during the return process are the sole responsibility of the shipper and any cost associated with the damage will be deducted from the refund. If the item is insured You might make a claim with the shipping carrier; it is therefore advised to return ship with insurance and tracking.

Product Exchange

Any product can be returned for exchanges as long as it meets requirements of the Returns described above.  Please specify Exchange and and desired details in the RMA form details.

Incorrectly Sent Items

If you have received an incorrect item, it may be returned for an exchange or a full refund as long as the item is returned in unused and unopened condition described above. Please obtain the RMA number and specify refund or exchange.  We will pride You with the return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
